Responsible for

  • Owning the customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle
  • Spinning up new processes and experiences: onboarding, return experience, fault handling, and more
  • Recruiting and landing customer experience talent
  • Working with product to inform the roadmap and improve the customer experience

Qualifications

  • A history of building and leading customer-obsessed, empathetic teams
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
