Responsible for
- Owning the customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- Spinning up new processes and experiences: onboarding, return experience, fault handling, and more
- Recruiting and landing customer experience talent
- Working with product to inform the roadmap and improve the customer experience
Qualifications
- A history of building and leading customer-obsessed, empathetic teams
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
